The guarantee of product compliance
Our quality department ensures that we use materials that comply with customer requirements and legislation, handles product risk analysis, ensures compliance with production processes and end product compliance.
Our quality department is organized into 5 main sections:
GENERAL QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality assurance oversees all work processes from establishing customer needs to end product delivery. By stringently monitoring these processes, we are able to manufacture products to customer specifications in large numbers.
QUALITY OF RAW MATERIALS, SUPPLIES AND COMPONENTS
The compliance of each material and component received is inspected according to the specifications approved with the supplier. Any deviation is recorded, waived or rejected and the customer is always notified.
RISK ANALYSIS FOR PRODUCTS IN DEVELOPMENT
SIS validates three development phases: model, prototype and pre-production. These phases ensure that production is launched in full compliance with the customer's specifications. At each phase, an analysis of potential in-process risks is made to anticipate most future problems.
IN-PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL
Our skilled operators perform self-checks and constantly seek improvements to strive for excellence.
END PRODUCT QUALITY
Our finished products are inspected using statistical sampling or in their entirety, according to the customer’s wishes, to guarantee that the final delivered product is compliant.
